The Challenge

ShapourKhast Farm showcases the cultural and natural richness of Lorestan Province in the scenic Zagros Mountains — a region with history reaching back to 7000 BC. The website is a digital connection point between adventurous travelers and indigenous nomadic culture, built around responsible tourism.

Problem Statement

Travelers needed an accessible, trustworthy way to discover and book rare cultural experiences in a remote region — with storytelling that respects its history and nomadic lifestyle.

Understanding the Users

User interviews, surveys, and analytics, with competitive and trend analysis, shaped a content strategy centered on visual storytelling.
